Shahdi Smith, DMD is a native of Orange County, CA. As the daughter of a doctor and the sister of a dentist, Dr. Smith knew from a young age she wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. In pursuit of her dreams, Dr. Smith attended the University of California San Diego, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in Biomedical Sciences. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Smith is bilingual in American English and Persian (Farsi). She prides herself on being an excellent listener and takes the time to get to know each of her patients in order to provide personalized dental care that suits their specific needs. Dr. Smith's aims to take the “fear” out of going to the dentist by fostering a relaxing, friendly office environment for her patients. In her free time, Dr. Smith likes to travel, hike, and cook.
